Being a pioneer in the talent management business, we understand what facilitate artists to fly high with their careers.     LETTER FROM FOUNDER

    I have told myself time after time: “Being able to survive and succeed in the Entertainment industry is never easy”. Throughout 10 years of ups and downs with arts and entertainment, I have felt and overcome tons of happiness as well as tears: from the moments filled up with joys on stage, flying high in rounds of applause; to the sleepless nights in the recording studio, and endless practicing hours. All of those memories are still fresh in my mind.

     

    I myself have been through all matters and still standing tough as I am now, realizing that the more professional this industry evolves, the tougher it requires. I look at the young generations right now, knowing that they are just as passionate as I was in the old days, but their dreams are bounded by the harsh and difficult reality of this industry. I wish there would be a place to help them brighten by utilizing their talents.

     

    That dream was nurtured from 2007 and came true with Vietnam Artist Agency (VAA) in 2009. VAA is the first professional Artist Agency in Vietnam. Starting from scratch is difficult; however, I believe in my passion, my enthusiasm and the VAA staffs’ endeavor that will create the specific pathway for our dreams to harmonize.
